Property Valuation Solutions is a locally founded business whose goal is to support local appraisers in their work. We operate on a dual customer philosophy with appraisers and lenders on equal footing. After all, the appraiser’s job has never been more challenging than it is in today’s market and we are in your corner.

Fair Fees

Most AMC’s shop individual appraisal order to find and hire the most cost effective appraiser (i.e. the cheapest), whereby maximizing the AMC’s net profit per order – NOT AT Property Valuation Solutions. Our management fee is never dependent on the the appraiser’s fee. This enables us to pay higher fees to the appraiser.
